Exercise provides a range of benefits for our mind and body, and we recently shared four favorite ways to enjoy walking in Klamath Falls, but if you're finding the weather too wet, hot, or cold for you to want to exercise outdoors, try one of our favorite YouTube workout videos indoors so you can keep moving. Our favorite overall YouTube channel for aerobics workout videos is The Body Coach TV. Joe, the body coach, exudes positivity while providing an excellent cardio workout. Overall, he’s the best because he provides workouts of various lengths and for all age levels and abilities, including seniors, beginners, experienced, and children. If his beginner workouts are too rigorous at first, try his senior workouts, which are also popular with beginners.
Next, our favorite overall YouTube channel just for for beginners and seniors is yes2next. This mother daughter duo will have you smiling while they keep you company during your workout. Most of their workout videos are short, so you may want to complete more than one video per session or follow one of their videos with another favorite YouTube video, such as yoga. SarahBethYoga has created our favorite yoga videos on YouTube. With their relaxing vibe and easy to follow instructions, we really enjoy her yoga practices. She's created them in a variety of lengths and for various levels of experience. Finally, our favorite workouts for kids were created by Pregnancy and Postpartum TV on YouTube. With over 20 themed videos currently, you're likely to find one that appeals to your children. The Best YouTube Channels for Working Out at Home If you struggle to exercise due to foot or ankle pain, schedule an appointment with your Klamath Falls double board certified podiatrist, Dr. Jeff Merrill, today by calling 541-850-6463. For those who are overweight, losing weight can be an essential part of relieving foot pain. If you're looking to lose weight, why not try adding a walk into your daily routine? Scenic walking routes abound here in Klamath. You may want to try the dog-friendly walking trail found at Steen Sports Park. If you'd like to enjoy birdwatching while walking, try the Link River Trail, which follows the Link River in Klamath Falls. Additionally, Moore Park includes many walking trails, including those with varied terrain for when you're ready for a challenge. Finally, if you're feeling unmotivated to keep moving, geocaching may be for you. There are over 900 geocaches in the Klamath area, and hunting for them serves as a fun way to keep you moving. If foot pain is preventing you from beginning a walking routine, a visit with our podiatrist, Jeff Merrill DPM FACFAS can help get you moving again. Four Favorite Walking Options in Klamath
